Tried to send a letter while deployed to my girlfriend was pending the whole time and no response from customer service whatsoever this app is horrible shouldn’t be downloaded deserves to be deleted it’s a scam

I’d give this 0 stars if I could.

I “made” two “instant” letters for $6 but they have been pending for half a month now. So I don’t think this is real. I’ve emailed the developers, a full week with no response.

Doesn’t deserve 1 star

Wrote and paid for mailing a letter to my mom... it sits as “pending” after a week. Despite 10 attempts to contact customer support there has been ZERO response. Their customer service is non existent. I don’t believe there are any humans at Lettrix.
