Customer Service Issues When Trying to Close Account

When I had to cut the multi-city travel plan short I called customer service which I am literally now on hold still. The first two representatives had no idea how to answer my question and finally after getting a supervisor she explained to me that there’s ways around changing address back. When she explained to not use PMB and use UNIT or HASHTAG it prompted me to get even more frustrated. I called customer service a week and a half ago and asked if I could change PMB to UNIT and they said no that it had to stay PMB which was completely untrue. My advice to the CEO of Post Scan Mail, find someone different to train your representatives because the current one is failing dramatically. I would also have your website and app developers add information like this so it can be searched by customers and not waste an hour of their lives with ignorance.
