Glitchy after uploading ID

Downloaded this and it looks promising. After filling out my info it was glitching after I uploaded my id. I thought it might be because my nickname is on my account so I created a new account since I could not edit my account info… And the same thing happened.

Files corrupt, will not open

I did two separate trials to make sure it wasn't me. Neither one of the PDFs will open using any of my apps on my phone or even the Instant Notary app.
