Paid for documents I couldn’t view

After going though the notary process… and paying the fee— I still can’t download or view the notarized document. This has happened to me twice on this app unfortunately. Please support team help me!

Glitchy after uploading ID

Downloaded this and it looks promising. After filling out my info it was glitching after I uploaded my id. I thought it might be because my nickname is on my account so I created a new account since I could not edit my account info… And the same thing happened.
