Sunt niște nesimțiți … când suni la ei răspunde o operatoare care nu știe a vorbi cu clienții ți se face impresia ca stai de vorbă cu o persoana care nici clasa 1 nu a finisato , de șoferi nici nu zic , nu găsesc adresele merg cu viteză mare , vorbesc urat , îți strica ziua să zicem …. Scheduled order functionality does not work as expected. Driver would cancel your order 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Do not use for airport transfers.
Doesn’t work unless you have a Moldovan phone number
The app only lets you in if you confirm via text message- but it does not send a text to a number unless it’s Moldovan. Useless for any visitor

Unable to get SMS without Moldovan number
Same problem as mentioned before. Cannot get the SMS confirmation to make an account

Am avut o călătorie scurtă, doar foarte plăcută! Super șofer, amabil, și automobilul lucea de curățenie!
Nu corespunde prețul din aplicație cu prețul real , înțeleg să fie o diferență aproximativă
De la 82 lei aproximativ in aplicație a ajuns la destinația finală 111 , mai degrabă era yandex in așa caz , pun prețuri inițiale mai mici , și când ajungi la destinație ahuesti
Several serious bugs
The app definitely has quite a few of bugs!
I’ve cancelled a trip on the app, but the driver apparently didn’t know that and he shouted at us when he arrived!
Out of the 4 trips I took - the address was chosen wrongly by the app twice and we had to walk to the taxi with heavy bags!
The drivers don’t read comments at all! I requested a minivan to the airport with a comment that we have 5 people and lots of bags, and the car that arrived clearly wouldn’t fit us all.
There’s no way to order two taxis at the same time, so we had to wait for 30 minutes while the first order completed to order a taxi for the second part.

Terrible App if Not Moldovan
No chance to confirm your phone number unless you have a Moldovan number. Just like some else already mentioned, if you have a US number, zero chance to confirm it as the SMS won’t come. Idiotic.
Tracking & price
Not the best tracking of the car and timing. Also, prices aren’t fixed considering online congestion awareness on the roads.
Can’t receive SMS code
I downloaded the app and have a US number that is activated while traveling but I wasn’t able to receive the SMS code that you need to confirm when signing up for an account so I’m not able to use. I tried resending the code several times.

De 5 ori încerc să comand un taxi și de 5 ori nu găsește nimic. Dacă vă grăbiți undeva — pierdere de timp. De la Râșcani în centru.
Aplicație de cacat
Cea mai proasta aplicatie de taxi 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ska, nu poți sa faci anulare, nu poți sa schimbi ruta, nici o pla nu poți sa faci in aplicația voastră.

I tried every single taxi app in Chişinău and there was an issue with every single one, included Letz. I messaged them on instagram, they fixed the issue within 30 mins. Great service! I used to it get to Milestii Mici Winery and back, with absolutely no issue. Drivers used their official meters still, and paid in cash with official receipt. Can’t fault the service.
