Push notifications error
The new push notifications are not working. Please fix ASAP!

The app recently started to crash every time I try to view a current status chart. I asked for technical help on their website, but they didn’t respond. On their website they announced a new “premium subscription” plan. I hope this doesn’t mean I now have to buy a subscription to continue to use.
Update - Latest version of the app restored functionality. The app no longer crashes when viewing graphs.

Used to work
Really liked it until recently. Now the app dies when you try to access the graph to actually SEE temp and humidity!
App crashes when trying to view chart
Same issue as the other reviewer. Since upgrading from an iPhone XS to a 13 pro the app crashes when trying to view the freezer chart. The chart shows correctly when viewed from the website. Have uninstalled and then reinstalled but no change. Very frustrating.

Notifications don’t work
Notifications don’t work. Spoke with tech 2 months ago and they said it would be fixed within a week. Still nothing. Guess that’s what I get for buying something from China. 😞

There were some initial glitches with the app, but I have watched over time as those have been worked out. Company is very responsive to feedback. I love being able to get all the data on my sump pump right off my phone.

I put my Level Sense Sump Alarm in last year, after I had a pump failure that (luckily) I caught before it caused any damage to our finished basement. The Level Sense works great! It has already saved us from flooding twice, because it seems that the spiders like my replacement pump’s float switch, more than the original pump and they have gummed the switch up with webs during the frequent dry spells where I live. Guess I’m going to need to add a well cover to my sump! But the alarm worked as designed and it warned me with plenty of time to clear away the webs and commence pumping.
