Barely works
You have to reset it multiple times. Check the last time they updated it. They don’t update it. It’s an abandoned app. And bad system.
LevelMateMAX App shows Pro
I have the LevelMate Max and the LevelMate Max app only sees it as a Pro which means none of the Max features are accessible or working. The app stinks!
Makes parking the trailer easy
The levelmate max makes leveling the trailer effortless. Just wish the app would not have to reload every time the screen on my iPhone shuts off. Would have 5 stars if it would run in the back ground for at least a few minutes.
So much worse than original
The old Levelmate was so much better. Just worked. And you could hardwire it. Why would a customer want to be changing batteries? When I have a huge battery bank in the RV already? And this one is always wrong and disconnecting. The company support has no clue either, like they have nothing to do with the product.

Works as advertised
Set up takes a few minutes. It is very important to complete setup correctly. If you do it works pretty close to perfectly. Only down side is you have to turn on the unit manually upon arrival and before leveling. You also need to turn it off after leveling.
Disappointing and not user friendly
This app is horrible! It frequently disconnects mid use, multiple times, and requires you to tap through “yes I am the driver” and “yes I understand” every….single….time. I regret the money I spent on this. Everyone I have shown it to was very disappointed and decided they would not be upgrading. Terrible product and app. I wished for better.

Bought and now a 5 months later its dead!! Changed batteries, no change!
Yes, I’m the driver
I upgraded to LevelMate Max from LevelMate Pro primarily for the ease of battery changes, but now whenever I use the new app I have to lie and say I’m not the driver just to use my device. This is inane, unnecessary, and nanny-like. How about I stipulate that I won’t sue you and you allow me to use the app when I need it without this annoying popup? Deal?
