To pair or not to pair…
App and associated SCU have updated many times over the last year. Unfortunately the developers can’t seem to get it right. My 2025 Classic constantly unpairs. The pairing process is far from full proof and fails more than it succeeds. The only somewhat reliable method is to delete the Bluetooth pairing, kill the app, reboot the SCU, launch app, scan QR code, enter pairing more, pray. 50/50.
If there is anyone on the QA team at Thor I feel sorry for you. Working with devs or PMs that don’t care is no way to live.

Hello matt_little, Thank you for notifying us about the registration issues you're experiencing. If you are seeing the login screen instead of the “Set Password” screen, after clicking the "Confirm Registration" button in your email, on the same device where the app is installed, and have not yet added a password for that registration email, please share more details about the problem at developer@thorcv.com? Pairing issues
The new heavily advertised June 2026 firmware update in my 2025 Classic has resulted in not being able to pair with my iPhone. The last firmware was far from perfect (first 3 months of airstream ownership the coach was almost unusable), but at least the major bugs were eliminated over 12 months time and it worked with my updated iPhone. We seem to be moving backwards again.

Will Not Connect - iPhone 16
Running iOS26.4.1. The app will not connect to the on board system. Contacted Airstream. They provided a several step process to enable the program to function properly. Result: The on board system would not connect. Reached out to Apple. They provided much the same information. Same results. Both Apple and Airstream blame the other for the situation. Sad!!

Good tool
Not sure why “Black Water” was changed to “Waste Water” but the app provides useful info.
Needs more settings
When I press the onboard button. The main lights (mostly all) turn on 100% but the bedroom lights turn on to 30%. And the living accent light don’t turn on all at. Wouldn’t it make sense to turn on the accent and reading lights when onboard is selected and then if you need more lights you can turn them on manually? Perhaps give us the ability to customize our own onboard, away and sleep modes?
