personal trainer has been life changing! My
program not only increased my strength but
also helped me gain muscle. He's highly
knowledgeable and skilled in fitness,
nutrition, and physiology. With his guidance
I've learned how to properly utilize my body
weight for calisthenics and various
resistance type exercises. In addition to
this, I've finally gained a greater
understanding of how to use cardio for
weight loss without having to spend hours
in the gym. His virtual sessions were fun,
challenging, and yet tailored for my personal
goals, and time well spent!

I worked in person and virtually with Luka for over 6 months and his programs really get results. Luka thoughtfully tailors each workout to your needs and the app is a great way to track your progress. Can’t recommend more highly working with Luka’s programs through this app.
