Every time I click the item I’m using the app closes

Fun while it lasted

When we first set it up everything worked great. Then we moved and changed countries and now it won’t connect to the phone. When it seems to it’s random and there’s no control whatsoever. Lost the QR code so can’t try a reset. Basically useless at this point. Advice spend the money on a better product this is cheap and no support.
