Every time I click the item I’m using the app closes
Fun while it lasted
When we first set it up everything worked great. Then we moved and changed countries and now it won’t connect to the phone. When it seems to it’s random and there’s no control whatsoever. Lost the QR code so can’t try a reset. Basically useless at this point. Advice spend the money on a better product this is cheap and no support.

It is a fake app. It shows the area to creat new user and the. Won’t ever send you the correct pin to login. So you just stay there. Going to file with Amazon because this is ridiculous.
Pin Won’t Send
I tried both email and phone number. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
No pin send.
It won’t send the pin but once, and it says that you have 5 minutes to enter. But You get only 30 seconds in reality to enter the pin. An unfriendly app. So far…this is a return to sender gadget.

Workaround
Enter app as visitor, then go to “mine”. It will say log in first, scroll down to log in. It then gives you the option to log in with your apple ID- boom. Done. And it works.

Looked everywhere, tried every number on the box, looked in my email and text. When you go to create an account it says it’s sending you one but they have no idea where to send the pin to.

Can’t get the pin code to activate account. Can’t get it via phone or email. Support is only in Chinese. Can’t use the device and will send back for full refund.

Verification pin was not sent using either phone number nor with email address. This makes the app unusable. Developer support is only in Chinese.
