Empty order list
Why the orders/order history is always empty? In order to get the order details I have to go to Help center -> Returns and then enter the order number and email id/mobile number. Why can't you simply make the details available in Orders!!

Finally I became lucky to buy my first 501 Original denim jeans. It was not available in my size as it kept sold out often. I am looking for the another light blue colour pair of jeans hopefully I will get one soon.

Return is impossible
I had brought a jeans though this app and when I placed a return the return request was received but no further communication happened from Levi’s team. I even tried reaching out to their customer care team through calls and e-mails but no response. Their customer care number is always busy. Very surprised to such poor service from such a reputed brand . Absolutely disappointed.

Bought a pair of jeans which needed a size exchange. Emailed the team twice, no response. Tried requesting for exchange in the app, not letting me do it. Tried calling their number, no answer. Atp I’d rather order from other ecomm sites who actually know what they are doing.
