Could not get this to work

I have tried several times to get the blinds to connect with this app but have never been successful. I’m. Not typically that person who gets hung up with glitchy tech, but here we are. Completely deleting it because it’s useless.

Worth it 1000%

Had the company come and install the blinds. They were very efficient, organized, kind, and friendly. They respected our space and cleaned up after the installation. LOVE the new blinds, husband does night shifts and needs blackout blinds. I like having the app to set different time so i can wake up to the light but than they go right back down for my husband. They have exceeded my expectations. 10/10

App needs some work

The blinds work great. The app works but I can never tell if I’m turning a schedule on or off because it is not marked. I really wish I could interface to Alexa or Smartthings so I could use voice commands.

Works fine

Giving 5 stars because this app works fine and doesn’t deserve the low 2.5 rating it has now. It setup fine and I can set my wakeup and sleep positions for my shades.

Works fine for me despite negative reviews

Was very skeptical of this product when I was researching blinds because of all the bad reviews. For me, pairing was easy and programming worked fine. It seems like others have struggled with the 2.4/5ghz issue, but I just plugged it in and it was programmed within 3 minutes. We set the blinds to move with sunrise/sunset and they have worked for a few weeks that way.

Wow F this app

Tried sharing my hub with someone that I’ve shared the location with. It went ahead and deleted all my settings and still doesn’t share properly. Garbage. I wouldn’t have bought the shades had I looked at these reviews first.

YOU DONT NEED ANY LOCATION TO LOGIN TO WiFi

Nobody trusts apps not to be SPYWARE!! You don’t have a right to my data. I don’t even want to use this stupid app cu it’s supposed to be Matter capable.

I’ll return the $3500 blinds over this stupidity because you should tell people BEFORE that you want their location even if it’s not needed

We’ve had it with spying!!!!
iOS allows you to login to WiFi via IOT automatically!

Be honest and we’ll trust you. You lost that during setup!!!

Inconsistent App

They just updated the app and now everything has been removed. I tried adding the rooms and shades again and it says they already exist. Maybe they should hire tech developers that know what they are doing. For the money spent this is frustrating. This product is supposed to be a convenience…….

A Nightmare to pair and set up

Worst product I have ever encountered

This is by far the worst product/worst app I have EVER encountered. So many hours of my life wasted because every single component fails to function as it should. Zero helpful support online. Truly fills my heart with rage.

Programmer should be fired!

The worst user interface known to man. IF you CAN get it to work, it’s great. Takes hours of hit and miss tries. Good luck. Levolor, do better. Sheesh.

Garbage

This is a garbage app and the $300.00 plus hub is worthless. Totally stuck in a loop where the SSID broadcast from the Hub is not the same as shown in the in App directions. The App will also not recognize the SSID to connect.

Documentation and support is severely lacking and looks like it was written by the intern. In fact this Hub and App look like the entire project was given to interns with zero supervision. I can do better with Home Assistant and some code from GitHub.

Bottom line don;t. waste your time or money.

Work great but..

We purchased these blinds in July. Had no issues at all pairing with the hub or with Alexa. Would give them 5 stars, until just this last week. Every other day, the app just deletes our hub and blinds, making us go scan the hub and reconnect and name all the blinds again. Becoming very frustrating. Will update my review if I can get this issue resolved. Overall, we love these blinds. Just this minor issue at the moment. The remote still works for all of them.

Works Great!

Honestly I didn’t have high expectations after reading the reviews but the app and pairing has worked great for us. We had some problems with getting a few shades to pair but discovered if you have them charging when you pair the shade it works perfect. Might be an issue with a low battery straight out of the box. Follow the directions and the pairing is easy. (We also found pairing using the button on the shade and the app is the easiest)

App crashes

My LEVOLOR zebra shades work well with the remote but my experience with the in-motion app and smart hub has simply been horrible. Was able to get everything connected and functioning as expected. It all suddenly stopped working 3 days later. I made no changes to WiFi network settings or anything. The app now crashes constantly and the hub blinks green after multiple resets and pairing attempts. USELESS!

Not worth the investment

Save your money on the hub. The best I have done is get 1 of 16 blinds connected and even then it doesn’t provide basic functionality. Any support from the company has been futile.

Awesome App.

Awesome App. Paired right with the cellulars the first try no issues. Ive had my cellulars a week and absolutely love them! Worth the investment.

1 gripe: There is no HomeKit Support. With something this expensive and something that will be used for a whole home window treatment solution I don’t understand the decision to go with Siri Shortcuts that only work under personal automation shortcuts as oppose to full HomeKit integration where automation works with anyone giving the command.

I had to make a bunch of Siri Shortcuts then share each then with my household just so everyone could have some voice control. Not a great setup experience imo. I’d at least like the choice to add to home kit.

Terribly unfriendly

The app instructions are very poor and it’s not intuitive. The programming is nearly impossible. I refused to spend time figuring this out. Terrible UserX planning.

I bought 14 shades and they are all defective. Very disappointed!

Finally got it to work

I was pulling my hair out for a couple of days until I decided to try something different. When connecting the shades to the app, the directions say to hold the pairing button on the remote until the shade moves or beeps. They moved, but would not connect to the app. I decided to try pushing the pairing button once, quickly and not holding it down. It WORKED! You have to do this twice before hitting “next” on the app. The shades are now connected and working with the hub and the app. I hope maybe this helps someone else. I gave it a 4 star because the directions could be clearer and there is no option for help, except for the chat, in case they do not connect. I have not tried them with Alexa or Siri yet.
