Been With it From the Start!
I have been lucky enough to use Lexen from its initial release, in fact the dealership I work at uses a competitor to Lex but after seeing a demo I now use it personally to cross reference the other tool o have to use. I find it to be much more comprehensive, real time, accurate and not limited to one source for vehicle valuations. I have routinely found swings of hundreds if not thousands of dollars in my appraisals. This tool has really allowed me to home in on the right number and I am able to provide my customers with much more information as to why we are paying them what we pay.

Never works properly
This app is decent enough but it never works. Its so frustrating to retype the same vin 30 times and upload the same photos when your client is waiting in front of you. Horrible functionality
