Updates: - Recording is no longer lost if intake submission fails. Submitting the intake form now saves the details first and only ends the recording once the save succeeds. If the save fails, the recording keeps running and your form details stay put, just retry. (Retries also keep the recording correctly attached.) - Clearer guidance when attaching a customer. The Attach Customer section now reminds you not to submit the form for an existing customer, and to finish the session by tapping Stop on the recording screen and selecting that customer.
