Awful.
The barcode scanner doesn’t work because it won’t focus the camera properly. Meaning you have to enter each serial number manually. And don’t forget to remove the parens in the serial number, but include what is within them, something they don’t tell you. And then it takes at least 3 or 4 tries before the backend server responds with an answer. And as if that wasn’t enough, some serial numbers are not in the database so your perfectly genuine supplies get flagged as counterfeit. At which point Lexmark’s email support cuts you off. Fortunately, Lexmark phone support is excellent.
