The app hasn’t been working since February 2026
The app has been basically useless for all users since February. Even simple features like remote start are now obsolete because it’s only available in the app and not from the key as a backup.

Not working since 1st of March
The app hasn’t been working since 1st of March with no timeline on when it will be fixed. With the hottest months here in the UAE, this is very annoying. No other ways of starting the car AC remotely.

The app has not been working for a while now, and this is causing a lot of inconvenience. There are no clear alternatives or proper support options available, which makes it even more frustrating for users who rely on the app. I hope the issue is fixed urgently and that users are provided with a temporary solution or proper communication until the app is fully working again
