Not working since march 2026
❗️ Extremely disappointing experience.
The Lexus Connect app has been completely unreliable since late February or early March 2026, and it still hasn’t been properly fixed. This is extremely unprofessional from a company like Lexus.
How is it possible that after more than six months, the server and app issues are still not resolved? The app is an important part of the connected-car experience, and customers should not have to deal with a service being unavailable for this long.
Honestly, this issue has become so frustrating that I am seriously considering selling my Lexus because of it. Lexus needs to take this matter seriously and provide a permanent solution.

Very bad needs more attention
The app hasn’t been working since February 2026
The app has been basically useless for all users since February. Even simple features like remote start are now obsolete because it’s only available in the app and not from the key as a backup.

Not working since 1st of March
The app hasn’t been working since 1st of March with no timeline on when it will be fixed. With the hottest months here in the UAE, this is very annoying. No other ways of starting the car AC remotely.
