The best home fitness app I've found!

Nicole has made something special here with LFT. She's got a full library of programming to help me get my workouts in wherever I am. The app is clean and intuitive and Nicole is so so supportive in the community! Glad I'm making this investment in my health and THRIVING

Just in time for 75hard!

I’ve started a 75hard program and the LFT app has been helping me get those indoor 45 min workouts! Also, really cool that I can track my weights during the workout, really helps me remember what I did last time. The scale hasn’t changed but I suspect I’m getting stronger because I’ve been increasing dumbbell weight size. I’m starting to thrive!

Love these workouts!

I’m loving the dumb bell workouts in the main program! Demo videos help with form but more than anything i like how easily the workouts flow… i don’t have to think at all i just follow along and concentrate on the next exercise.
