왜 강제로 비밀번호를 변경하게 하나요?

다음에 변경하기도 없고 무조건적으로 비밀번호를 변경을 해야 어플을 이용할 수 있네요 또 짜증나는 건 이전에 사용했던 비밀번호는 사용이 불가능하다고 하는데 장난하나요?

무슨 은행도 아니고 고객센터에 이상한 짓을 해서 사람 번거롭게 하는지 모르겠습니디.

고객센터도 안내 그지같이해줘서 어플 깔앗는데 어플도 개쓸모없음

계약 당시 사용 불가한 지역이면 해지 가능하다고 해서 했는데 해외 이주로 햐지 하려니까 계약기간 다 채워야 한다네요. 문의 결과 직접 전화나 앱에서 해지 가능하다 해서 받았는데 그딴 기능은 없네요
