Does absolutely nothing but waste your time
Auf vier Flügen nix.
Sowohl interkontinental von und nach Amerika wie auch innerdeutsch München und zurück, hier geht nichts. Einmal hat das Pairing wenigstens geklappt, aber diese App hat den funktionalen Charme der LH Lounges - 1990er Telefonzelle in Magenta mit Biergeruch.

noch nie eine App gesehen, die so viele Fehler
die App ist nur schlecht. Man kann die Flugdaten schon nicht sauber eingeben und das Filme auswählen, klappt ebenfalls nicht fehlerfrei - man nur hoffen dass die Software im Flieger besser funktioniert….

Mal ehrlich … der einzige usecase für die App ist das ich meine Filme vom Handy auf den Screen teilen möchte und das geht nicht ….

Die App kann eigentlich abgeschaltet werden. Es funktioniert keine Funktion in der App mehr.
An impressively bad app
It’s bad enough that this app is terrible, but the fact it’s marketed so aggressively makes one wonder what the entire point is. Is it intended to be a joke on passengers? Is it supposed to distract from the experience they’ve worked so hard to make u comfortable in so many ways? I wish I could file for them to reimburse me for the time and cost of the bandwidth invested trying to make this app useful in any way.

Cant Watch on own device
So I put in my flight stuff, and then when I wanted to play a movie, it said it will play on the Seat Screen. My flight didn’t have a seat screen. Please add an option, that for the duration of the flight you can watch free movies from YOUR device. Not the nonexistent Seat Back screen

Pairing klappt, man sieht alle Infos, Filme, Musik… aber weder auf iPhone Pro noch iPad Pro wird irgendwas abgespielt!
Statt so einer schlechten App hätte LH stattdessen mal lieber ein Bluetooth pairing für Kopfhörer im Flugzeug eingebaut!

Useless
The only thing more disappointing than Lufthansa as an airline carrier is the fact I can’t give this app zero stars. You can connect it to your seat back, but it serves no functionality after that. No media playback on your device. No control of media on the seat back device. An absolute waste. Having nothing would be better than having this. I use this app as an example to my kids that you don’t have to be good at your job to still earn a salary.

Die App funktioniert nicht. Ich habe sie auf einem Flug von San Franzisko nach Frankfurt mit meinem Sitz noch koppeln können und mich darauf gefreut nicht mehr den erratisch und super langsam reagierenden Touchscreen nutzen zu müssen. Leider hat es nicht funktioniert. Liebe LH, investiert lieber in vernünftige Entertainment Systeme oder lasst das Streaming des Angebots direkt auf die Endgeräte zu. Dieser workaround für veraltetes Equipment ist einer Premiummarke nicht würdig und viele andere maches deutlich besser.

Funktioniert Nicht
Zu allererst wird nicht im Buchungsprozess auf diese App hingewiesen man muss es vor dem Flug wissen um sie zu installieren. Im Flugzeug konnte keiner meiner Freunde sein Handy koppeln manche bekamen keinen Koppelungscode andere konnten keinen Ton hören. In allem eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Peinlich für Lufthansa im Jahr 2025.

Eine bessere Fernbedienung, mehr nicht…
Man kann zwar die Mediathek im Flug durchsuchen und Untertitel einstellen, das wars dann auch. Also kaum Mehrwert.
Ich hätte erwartet, dass die App ein paar mehr nützliche Funktionen in der App gibt:
- Audio auf Smartphone übertragen um mit eigenen Bluetooth Kopfhörern zu hören (oder das IFE direkt Bluetooth koppelbar machen)
- Smartphone Screen Mirroring auf IFE
- Außenkameras auf Smartphone anschauen (A350)
- In Flight Info wie auf dem IFE anzeigen und konfigurieren können

Utterly useless
Cannot play anything on your own device.

There is actually no need for this app. At first I thought it was so I can listen to my movie with AirPods but it doesn’t even support the movie audio. The app developers should rethink the purpose of this app and contribute something meaningful to the App Store.
Personal Bluetooth headset no audio
I was expecting to use my personal Bluetooth headset. The app successfully paired with the seat back but there was no audio.
Supplied headset was so poor I gave up and just used my iPad.

Absolut unbrauchbar
Funktioniert nicht, installiert und direkt nach dem Flug wieder deinstalliert, weil es nicht funktioniert.
App crashes upon pairing… last update a year ago?
The fact that the last update was a year ago is not a good sign. App kept crashing upon pairing with the seatback. The onboard screen I had was annoying to use and unresponsive so this might have helped depending on what it does if it actually would work and not crash. Useless app
