진짜 별 한개도 아까움

살면서 어플리뷰 처음 쓰는 사람임. 입주하고 두달 넘게 아얘 어플로 월패드 연동도 안되다가 겨우 되서 쓰면 일주일도 안되서 월패드가 없다고 뜨고 그러다 잡히면 우리집 말고 다른 집으로 뜨고 고객센터에 3번이나 문의 했지만 단 한번도 콜백 온적 없음. 앞전 AS어떻게 처리됬냐고 하니 아직 처리 중이고 언제까지 기다려야되냐 하니 긴급으로 넣고 최대한 빨리 연락 주겠다고 하고 연락 못받은지 두달 다되감. 그냥 어플 없다 셈 치고 수동으로 움직이는게 마음이라도 편할 듯. 이럴거면 만들지 마라 진짜....

편리하구 맘에 들어요

앱이 보기 편하게 되어있고 큰 글 지원도 돼서 할아버지가 보기 편하다고 하시네요 집을 제어할 뿐만 아니라 아파트 관리와 헬스케어를 할 수 있다는 점도 좋아요 앱 지원되는 단지가 더더욱 확대되어서 많은 사람들이 쓸 수 있게 되면 좋을것 같습니다!
