The worst customer service

I have received incorrect size dress and then I requested for return but it took 9 days to pick up my product. Whenever i reach customer support they always tell me to wait for 48hrs but they won’t solve the issue. After the pickup of my product the delivery agent has some issue in updating the return picked up product so till now I didn’t get my refund amount and the customer support is asking me to wait and wait ….its an never ending waiting. The product has been collected from me but i didn’t get my refund amount. I have to keep on reaching the customer support daily but they always says me to wait for 48hrs

Useless App

I’m genuinely frustrated with the Libas app experience. I had downloaded it a few months ago, but it never opened properly, It would just get stuck on the loading screen. I eventually deleted it thinking it might be a temporary issue.
Today, I decided to give it another try after seeing repeated promotions about app-only offers, but I’m facing the exact same problem again. The app still doesn’t open and freezes at the same screen every time.
It’s disappointing because I regularly shop from your website without issues, but the app—despite being heavily promoted—simply doesn’t function. Launching and promoting an app that isn’t usable creates a very frustrating experience for loyal customers.

I hope this issue gets fixed soon because right now, the app is completely unusable.

App not working

The website experience is extremely poor. It keeps hanging and logs me out without any information or warning. I’ve been trying to place an order for the past 5–6 days, but I’m completely unable to log in. The OTP does arrive, but even after entering it, the login fails. Because of these constant glitches and crashes, I haven’t been able to place any order at all. The website really needs urgent technical fixes.

Bad service and wastage of time

Their service is really slow . First I canceled my order before it was shipped but they didn’t process my cancellation request after 3 calls and 3 emails . Then they deliver my order 5 days after the delivery date they gave me at the time I placed the order. And now my return request is not being processed. I will never order anything from libas from now on they started a large scale business but they can’t even handle it . I’m sorry to say this but your service is too bad

Libas is very good product I have buyed several but the worst thing very delay on delivery services.

Libas is good product but very Very delay delivery if it takes it takes 3to 4 or 5 days to reach , but 2 days are enough for all over India, so kindly I suggest the company to make fast delivery.

Best suggestion

I've been shopping at Libas for myself & my mom for past 2 years now, and I've recommended their office wear to many people. The clothes are great quality, and their service is excellent. They have styles that suit everyone, whether you're 18 or 70.I highly recommend it to anyone who's new here.

No back functionality in the mobile application

It is very difficult to checkout products as there is no back functionality in the mobile application. You have to visit the list from the starting each time you open a product to check details.

Pathetic returns

I have never seen such unethical practices with such a famous brand, I have ordered a suit for my wife, it wasn’t up to expectations we decided to return the order , but the app doesn’t allow us to return , how the hell on earth this is possible??? There’s no contact number where one should call these people, we need to fill our info so that these guys would call, but that call never came 🤦🏻. My money is gone pls save yours. Don’t go for libas .

Cheated

I have ordered three products and paid for the same, received only two, online the order shows delivered, I have tried calling customer care number, but the call is not connected. I have ordered these items for the wedding of the brother, and now this. Where to contact i have no idea, is this the way of cheating people online, the item shows out is stock. If the item is out of stock why you people took payment at the first place and showing it delivered online whereas I received only two. Whom to complain?

No back functionality in application

There is no back navigation feature provided in Mobile application while checking the dresses from specific category. This is basic requirement of an application, please add it asap. I might end up not ordering the products not because they are not good but rather since it is quite cumbersome to use application!!

Fraud app

I was a regular customer of Libas and ordered multiple products from them.

No they started frauding and fooling

In the last to last order they picked the items and didn’t make refund. After multiple tickets they found that they received the products but did’t raise a refund.. so finally they raised a refund after 2 months.

In the last order i didn’t receive 5 items in the package

I am sharing the proofs with them still they are not listening and not delivering or refunding for those products

In the package it is clearly writte that 6 items are missing but on the website complete order is marked as delivered

This is a hug fraud.. Their support is very rude

Getting Pathetic customer service even after order ing thousands of rupees products.

Highly disappointed, they lose a regular customer
