Locked out every time I try to login
This app drives me crazy!! Every time I try to login it makes me make a new password which I barely ever remember the last one I made bc it makes me change it EVERY time and then I end up getting locked out and I have to call! It’s ridiculous
NO service on weekends BEWARE
This app has been one disaster after another. If you try to transfer $ using another platform (via Cash app, Venmo, etc.) they don’t allow you to do anything but small transactions. So the platform receives the $ & you can’t access it any longer. Since there is no one to service the accounts on weekend, you have to wait until the week to get them to release your $.
Then, it updates & wouldn’t allow access any longer. I had to work with their IT reps three times before we could get it to work again.

Annoying password issues
Every time I’m forced to change my password, I get locked out and have to call someone at the bank. Every time! Your employees are very nice but this issue is such a waste of everyone’s time.
Does not show the interest rate they are paying on savings accounts
You do not know if it has decreased from when you opened the account.
