Frustrations with Liberty,s new system!
This has been the most frustrating experience since transferring to Liberty! This is why we changed from People,s to Liberty, but now we are experiencing the same frustration. I guess it,s time to find another bank. We have not been able to access our on-line account for 2 months, and the branch people have been no help! We,re not happy!

Not able to scroll
I have an apple 13 mini. The app doesn’t fit on my screen. When sending money I can’t get down to the confirm button. VERY frustrating.

It saddens me that I’ve had this bank and app for years , and out of 97 reviews it still remains one star with no improvement on the app by the creator . Everything the complaints have said are true . This app is terrible . Never available, slow , doesn’t show certain things until they take it out then slap you with insufficient funds charges . New Update
Your app is supposed to be more convenient but here I am doing what it said to do.. which is reset my password via the website. I did that and its still telling me to get the new app and/or reset my password on the website. Come on liberty bank!! Think!!!

Worst app ever
This is honestly the worst update ever and now the app does not work at all. As someone who is visually impaired, what takes most people like a step or two to figure out takes me about 10 because I can’t see things so now that the app doesn’t work I can’t access my banking or finances in a raced my face ID. Very aggravating. You know there is a saying if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Should’ve just left the app alone. It was working fine.

Great App!
This app is so user friendly. I love being able to do most my banking right on my phone! Cannot wait to see what the new one brings!
Unreliable and Inefficient
This app cannot be replaced fast enough. Constantly get an error which locks me out. I have to reboot my phone to get back in. This is the only app that has this issue. Never been fixed even after submitting numerous examples. Just not a good product especially for a bank!
I’d give this app no stars actually
I have had my Liberty Bank account forever. Up until the beginning of 2022 the app worked great. Now, though, I have to delete the app every morning and download it again in order to use it. I’m getting to the point where I would rather switch banks to one that has a good app instead of dealing with this everyday.

Works 1/10 times
Needs some serious work. Only opens successfully occasionally. 9/10 times there is an “unexpected error” so I can never rely on checking my balance on this app. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall just to view my account.

How has this app not been updated
Even if I were to ignore how buggy this app is, the whole setup of it would still make me give it a 1 star. It’s like the bare minimum effort was put into making it…..
Unreliable
I have had nothing but trouble with this app lately. every time I try to use it I have to delete it reinstall it it’s been nothing but a problem fix it!

I’m new to Liberty Bank an I have to say this app looks like it was created by a couple 8th graders. Actually a couple 8th graders could probably do better.
It’s ok for looking at your balance but not much else.
I’ve used any number of other bank apps and all are better. Even the old People’s Bank app was a lot better.
