Te obligan a bajar este app para poder reconfigurar el router y no se puede. Desastre!

The app sucks as I am not able to log in and even through the browser if forces you to use the app instead of making it an additional option.

Quiero configurar el router para poder sacar el maximo provecho y me obligan a bajar esta aplicación y tampoco sirve, la caja blanca Connect Box es muchísima mejor que esta porqueria nueva, debe de dejar la configuración dentro del router y no en una app que no sirve. Unable to Login
I want to change the default password in my new Liberty-provided modem and I can’t do that via the browser (like it always used to be) because they are forcing us to download this app and it can’t even be log into…smh
App Sucks
Like the other reviews are saying, you can’t log in. And you can’t change your WiFi details on the online portal as it forces you to download the app

Absolutely waste of time
This app do not even let you log in. It need urgent improvement. Do not waste your precious time and cell phone memory in something that does not function.
No me deja entrar para el firewall
Arregla el app por favor ponga el firewall añadan otra cosas mas no solamente cambiar el nombre del WIFI y la contraseña. :(
Worthless
Not only the app is practically worthless, the SuperPods are worse, they disconnect randomly and the speed is not even that good either, just don’t buy or use this and switch to Claro PR for better performance honestly.

App doesn't work
I can't even login to see some of the settings of my router, always kept getting an error. What a waste of application, if you can't even debug or make the app to work, why even bother on creating one. Trash

En un principio parece bueno al saber que ocurre con tu wifi. En realidad te han quitado capacidad de controlar tu wifi. Un ejemplo de varios es que ya no puedes prender o pagar tu señal wifi. Por obligación por parte de liberty tienes que dejarlo prendido y no puedes entrar a settings para apagarlo y usar lan. Por si acaso por más que se te diga que tu password es privado no lo es. Hace 10 años Liberty era lo mejor pero según se ha creado un monopolio en Puerto Rico la cual está bajando la calidad de servicios y sobre todo tienes que hablar en todo momento con empleados que no son puertorriqueños. Yo estoy de acuerdo de empleos a otros países pero no a nivel que sean todos y que se cobre más alto por peor servicio.

App not loading. Fix it. Liberty losing already a lot of customers for bad service and not being able to resolve issues make it worse.

Always show wrong speed, if not don’t have data. Don’t subscribe you will be throwing away $1.99 every month. The Liberty support department doesn’t know have the skills to deal with it.
