What happened?
The app was working fine up until the latest update. Now it is unresponsive most of the time. Schedules don’t seem to be working either. I just realized my kid’s probably up late, on his phone, on a school night because the scheduling feature has become unreliable. I can manually disable internet access, but why have a feature that doesn’t work?

Worst app
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ll label someone’s item, then randomly it’s back to just “iPhone” or whatever else. App is always “down” and unable to connect. Time restrictions don’t work the way they’re supposed to, my kids are up in the middle of the night playing games online. I should have just stuck with ATT. I paid more, but at least I could control everything.

Terrible App
I currently am trying to run a speed test and can’t even seem to open the app it crashes every time I open the app.
Useless
I downloaded when brightspeed told me this was an alternative to having control of WiFi because it doesn’t work on their fiber app only to get connected and the only thing is does is show me by WiFi is active and that devices are connected. Does nothing else advertised. No controlling who’s connected or parental anything.

No longer with Comcast
After 30+years with Comcast and their high prices my wife and I finally cut the cord after the monthly rate hit 370.00. Thankfully IQ fiber had installed their wiring through out the neighborhood and after speaking with them we switched over. Learning to stream wasn’t as difficult as we thought ( we’re older). Truly was the best decision we made. Their technicians were great and made it easier
