What happened?
The app was working fine up until the latest update. Now it is unresponsive most of the time. Schedules don’t seem to be working either. I just realized my kid’s probably up late, on his phone, on a school night because the scheduling feature has become unreliable. I can manually disable internet access, but why have a feature that doesn’t work?

Worst app
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ll label someone’s item, then randomly it’s back to just “iPhone” or whatever else. App is always “down” and unable to connect. Time restrictions don’t work the way they’re supposed to, my kids are up in the middle of the night playing games online. I should have just stuck with ATT. I paid more, but at least I could control everything.

Terrible App
I currently am trying to run a speed test and can’t even seem to open the app it crashes every time I open the app.
Useless
I downloaded when brightspeed told me this was an alternative to having control of WiFi because it doesn’t work on their fiber app only to get connected and the only thing is does is show me by WiFi is active and that devices are connected. Does nothing else advertised. No controlling who’s connected or parental anything.

No longer with Comcast
After 30+years with Comcast and their high prices my wife and I finally cut the cord after the monthly rate hit 370.00. Thankfully IQ fiber had installed their wiring through out the neighborhood and after speaking with them we switched over. Learning to stream wasn’t as difficult as we thought ( we’re older). Truly was the best decision we made. Their technicians were great and made it easier

App is no longer usable for my account for no reason whatsoever.
When I login it says my router is not activated even though I’ve been using it for six months. When I try to re-sync it to my app it says it’s already synced to another account.

This App is Worthless
It used to work fine, but then they did an upgrade and it no longer accepts my account credentials. I was forced to create a new login and it will not accept my router, stating my router is assigned to another account. If I have an outage, and believe me they happen just as often as Comcast, my only solution is to call because their website has always been worthless.

The best Fiber there is!
IQ Fiber delivers what they state, fast up down load Fiber Speed. My former AT& router gave me problems all the time and was easily hacked, IQ Fiber’s router remains un-hacked. Anyone that uses Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, opens yourself to being hacked as all know these days. I hard cable network connect my PC and Laptop.
IQ Fibers phone tech support staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Top notch and on their game, I would recommend them to anyone, I did two of my neighbors and they are just as happy. IQ Fiber even pays you a new install referral bonus.

Initially we had a few start up challenges to work through but to IQ fibers credit, everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care and worked perfectly.

This is the best internet service I have ever had. Fast and reliable. Quick and attentive customer service. IQ Fiber is every thing the Comcast is not.
Best move I’ve made
I switched from Comcast 1 gig which was fine for downloads but could only give me 50 megs upload and I was paying $150 a month. With IQ Fiber I get 1 gig download and 1 gig upload which works flawlessly for only $85 a month.

The internet service is fine. But there are a few services that will get the job done. Where IQ Fiber really shines is customer service. So if you like speaking to a real person when you have a question and getting answers from someone who sounds like they live a couple of doors down instead of a couple of oceans over, Call IQ.
