APP NOT WORKING
For 3 yrs no problems. Now I can’t do anything with the app. I deleted it and went to clay elec home page. Chose download new app and boom it brings back my old app which says error.
Can we get push notifications?
I am just making a suggestion on push notifications, letting us know when the bill is coming due would be a huge plus. The app does pretty much what it’s intended to do but it could be better.
App no longer works
The app won’t let me sign in because of the update yesterday. Bevy had any problems until now. When is it going to be fixed??

Poorly coded
Intermittent bugs on using iOS facial recognition/security. Numerous troublesome bugs that make navigating smoothly within the app problematic.
Doesn’t seem well integrated with “outage reporting, updating, outage mitigation field reports”.
Most concerning is lingering concerns about security, and if this application and its links to COOP’s systems could be exploited.
