Upgraded App
Seems the look n feel, navigation of menus and portals are great.
Poor Design of App
Extremely poor App and user unfriendly. The earlier version was much better and very easy to use. By the way, who the hell wants to see the names and pictures of LIC office bearers? Definitely not the paying customers like me
Most useless App
After the recent upgrade this app has become useless. It is difficult to see the details about the policies, due dates etc. Previous version was very good. Current one is just like a web site. Really wondering who created such a crap.
Worst Update
Earlier App was working perfectly since last few years.
I doesn’t know why they updated.
After update, it’s one of the worst experience.
When we click on policy, it doesn’t show any details.
This app is not mobile friendly.
Every time need to login which is tiresome.
