Poor camera SDK implementation
Doesn't work with iPhone macro camera, hence can't take a picture of Emirates ID without blur -> can't update Emirates ID.

Got this as was told was needed. Got my EID today but the app won’t use the correct lens on iPhone 16 Pro so ID is out of focus and won’t accept image.

It used to be good but now it rarely works.
What has been done to this app? It used to be really reliable but now is everything but this. Even the staff in the shops just raise their eyes to the ceiling when it does not work. Sort it out, please.
Unable to open the app
After the update the app stopped opening and started displaying a big bold white banner to update the app. Unable to use the app now after update.
