Yes this app uses the LiDAR sensor which is limited to around 30ft or less depending on your phone model.

Missing changing types of measurements

Good app except I can’t change types of measurements. Like inches, feet, cm.

Seems accurate enough for general short range stuff. So far so good. Will update on long distance accuracy later.
