DOES NOT WORK
Apple makes you put something in this so here you go Apple, this app does not work.
Does what it says on the tin.
The lower ratings are from people who didn't read the description. Yes, it only measures short to medium distances. It's using the built-in LIDAR sensor in the phone which is limited to short to medium distances.
Longer range measurements require a higher power laser and optics or GPS. For that you need a separate device or one of the GPS apps.

Not that great
Works pretty good for about 20 feet. Doesn’t work long distance
Sucks
More than about 30 it won’t measure.
Response from developer
Yes this app uses the LiDAR sensor which is limited to around 30ft or less depending on your phone model.
Missing changing types of measurements
Good app except I can’t change types of measurements. Like inches, feet, cm.
Response from developer
Just tap the readout number to switch the units between metric and imperial
Just Right!
Seems accurate enough for general short range stuff. So far so good. Will update on long distance accuracy later.
