Not great.

I mean, as far as scanners go it was fairly accurate, but would not accurately follow two wall planes into a corner no matter how much i tried to force it to see the ceiling and both walls, or the floor and both walls. It has trouble in low light situations and you can’t edit the measurements once you’ve created the room. It doesn’t save the point cloud, and export options aren’t clear.

SCAM! Do not use their trial! They charge for the year immediately!

DO NOT USE THEIR TRIAL! It says 7 days free trial but it charges you immediately for the year! Then they tell you to request the refund from Apple. What a joke! Use magicplan - they offer the same service, but better and free.

All subscription payments are processed directly by Apple, so in most cases an immediate charge is actually a temporary authorization hold that's released before the trial ends. If it turned out to be a real charge, a refund can be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Billed at Beginning of Free Trail

Was trying out the app and when I looked at options for the subscriptions I selected the free trail option. It appears above the ‘most popular’ annual option. It asked for payment information to start the subscription at the end of the free trail but it debited my card straight away. It even said ‘start free trail’ before hand and when the yearly subscription was starting from. It a shame because I thought it was a good app but was more expensive than others that offered similar features, but have lost total trust in this as this was a billing error

Erkennt beim Scan teilweise falsche kannten

Erkennt beim scannen falsche Kanten oder Fenster nicht. Wenn diese mal falsch gescannt wurden im livemodus schafft die App es nicht die richtige Kante zu finden

Best 3D LiDAR app. Period.

Tried several today, including the big names. Stumbled upon this one and my mind is blown. It’s so simple to use, easy to navigate the app, and the floor plans look professional. It’s very accurate as well. I already know I will be a lifelong customer. Already subscribed for a year. I work for a large fire department and mainly will use this to calculate occupant loads for various buildings. I will be recommending this app to all the fire officers. Hopefully the department will use this app as the standard and move away from pen and paper. 10/10!

Habe die App in einer Aktion fest erworben. "Aus Versehen" ist nun der Button "bereits gekauft" nicht mehr funktionstüchtig. Ein Schelm wer böses dabei denkt.
Die App ist damit nicht mehr nutzbar -> 1 Stern.

very difficult to use and none of the dimensions and walls came out right plus I found out I'm being charged a monthly fee and now I have to get it off my credit card

Please respond to my refund request

I purchased this app and it was not clearly communicated that it would not work on my model of iPhone which is very recent but not a Pro. I straight away let them know and they have not responded to 3 email requests to refund my subscription payment.

Disappointed

So firstly, the special offer £14.99 doesn’t appear as an option to buy.
Secondly, I’ve done a room scan, it’s got windows and doors, but when you look at the file the distance of the windows or doors from a corner are missing. As are the height from floor of windows.
I’ve paid the £29.99 but this is going to cost me more as I need to revisit the unit to take these measurements.
My own fault, glanced at the file and looked ok but beware.
Also it doesn’t like stairs, and the lidar is a bit slow compared to other software I’ve used.
Additionally you don’t appear to be able to create the file on your phone, share to iCloud and open on your iPad? Bit odd not being able to import.
