Achtung, App macht nicht, was es verspricht

Diese App scannt alles mögliche, aber nicht das, was man möchte! Sie dient lediglich dazu, für eine angeblich bessere App des Entwicklers zu werben! Für diese Werbung verlangt er von uns 0,99€!!!
Ich fordere hiermit umgehend mein Geld zurück, da die App nicht macht, was sie verspricht!

Do not buy!

Files are not being saved after buying! I made a scan for 40minutes and then it disappeared.
There are many good apps for free which work as expected.

Disappointed with this

Maybe I didn’t read description properly, basically you end up with a pile of mush, that supposed to look like what you scanned. Even at $0.99 I don’t think this is worth it and now regret my purchase. Using Scaniverse with much better results and can see the actual objects in actual 3D.

How do I get a refund?

Приложение конечно хорошеее. Но почему то на моем 12 мини не хочет работать сканер лидар. За это -3 балла сразу.

Hello, unfortunately, that is something I could not influence, but I have good news for you! You will be able to scan with your iPhone using the selfie FaceID camera — I made also another app called Heges (https://hege.sh), which allows you to do this. You can’t see what will be saved

Usually in such programs after saving textures are rendering. But here... you firstly should pay and only than understand: you will not see textures. Just white contoure...

Yes, I do, if the restaurant states that the food is free and then charge for it.

Беспонтовое приложение которое на каждый чих просит заплатить. Решил отсканировать одну комнату, заняло 5 минут, а при сохранении - приложение вылетело. Удаляю, в апсторе уже много других аналогов и получше.

To my defense, I have never said the app is free — you can download and test it to see if it is good for you, but it is paid. I think you would agree with me that working completely for free is not sustainable in the long term — you have to pay your bills and for food, so I assume you are also not working without anything in return. Even slaves get food and shelter for their labour. If everyone in the world didn't want money for housing, food, clothing, etc., then I would happily work for free too! But sadly, nothing in this world is for free — when you download a "free" app, then think why you don't pay money for it. In most cases, such apps use advertisements and tracking and sell your data ("if you are not paying for the product, you are the product"). I personally hate tracking, which is why my apps do NOT contain any kind of tracking or ads. In return for this complete privacy, I ask for a one-time payment of 0.99 USD in this app. Do you think it is unfair? What would you do in my place?
