Does customer service staff aware of this ?

I was trying to contact the hotline to get a copy of the investigation results …the customer service staff told to use the apps..tried more than ten times logging in and even managed to create an account but once logging in the homepage will end up error. Came to check on reviews and gotten the answer . Please kindly fix it ..thank you
