Was told I could access my medical records here but the app keeps showing error/crashing out
Don’t waste your time
Can’t register or login
Does customer service staff aware of this ?
I was trying to contact the hotline to get a copy of the investigation results …the customer service staff told to use the apps..tried more than ten times logging in and even managed to create an account but once logging in the homepage will end up error. Came to check on reviews and gotten the answer . Please kindly fix it ..thank you

Asked me to download this app for veiwing my records but always failed with status code 404

i genuinely believe they used some unpaid intern to develop this disastrous app. couldn’t even get past creating an account let alone use other features
