Customer service is horrible. No response to complaints and multiple people turn to Instagram to get an answer with no reply. People are paying extra for quicker shipping and still not getting them in time. Not only that the candles that are received either smell too strong or don’t smell at all. Don’t waste your time or money. Home goods offers better candles.

They stalked my son and DIL
Yes you read that right. I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t see it with my own eyes. My son ordered candles and the order went missing or didn’t come. When they contacted customer service then SENT SOMEONE TO THEIR HOUSE in Texas to take pictures of other boxes and orders on their front porch! And basically said if you got those you did get the candles. Even though that candle order was weeks before and never arrived. They emailed them and told them they went to their home and took photos. And said they were going to contact the companies that had sent the other boxes on their porch to tell them em not to do business with them They literally stalked them to their HOME over an order that didn’t show up!’ And refuse to help or process an insurance claim they paid for at checkout. The whole thing is crazy. They had to file harassment and trespassing charges against the company and Jen Reed! This just happened today. Don’t do business here. That’s acting MENTALLY deranged behavior

Quality Candles, No Customer Loyalty Program
I absolutely love these candles…so much in fact that I’ve order 16x since the first launch in 2021!! I just wish they had a loyalty program.
Not worth it
Diffusers are packaged well and look nice. However they do not smell up the house or even small room as promised. I believed they are a bit pricey before buying but bit the bullet because of Jen and message she sends about them smelling up the whole house, They do not! Even tried to place in a smaller room and still can’t smell. Return policy is a nightmare. Still haven’t received my refund or a response.

Great products, excessive cart notifications!
Products are great BUT this app spams you with notifications about items in your cart! Even in the middle of the night, I woke up to numerous this morning and I hadn’t been in the app for well over a week! I appreciate cart reminders BUT this app is excessive recently! Recommendation: after you download, turn off notifications.

Cocoa Bliss was not a favorite
While the other two flavors are so very pleasant, cocoa bliss is more like a burnt vanilla with a mixture of cotton candy, not that there’s a problem with all the sweetness but when comparing with the other two fragrances I think it misses the mark. It has a very strong scent. I will use it in my personal bathroom and let the other two for the entry area and the living room.

Disappointing
Ordered these candles initially back in 2022 and loved them! I re-ordered more in 2023 (influencer release scents I loved!) and was extremely disappointed. The candle I lit first let off so much black smoke/soot it covered things all over my house, even on the second floor when the candle was burnt on the first floor. This really bothered me as it covered my baby’s bottles that were out air drying, got soot in her nose from breathing it, covered things in our bathroom, etc. it. Got. Everywhere. Most disappointing though was that the customer service reply was that soot is normal and to trim wick. I wasn’t looking for money or even a replacement, just some apology or concern over the quality of the product but didn’t receive anything of the sort. Unfortunately won’t be a customer any more even though I love the scents from an influencer release.

These candles are by far the best I’ve purchased. The scents make our home and my office smelling so good and inviting. I’m always getting asked what scent or what brand of candle. Definitely going to keep buying!
Holiday Collection
I purchased 6 sets of this past years holiday collection the packaging and presentation of the sets were so so pretty. I have to say that I was so disappointed with the diffuser, they had no smell to them unless you sniffed straight from the bottle. Gave off NO scent in my home. I gave the other 5 as gifts and asked each of them if they experience the same as I did and all confirmed the same.. One of the sets was even missing the reels for the defuser. I love Jen Reed and all that she stands for but was very disappointed in this collection.

I placed an order December 11 and their statement said I would receive my order 2-8 days…it’s been over a month now and I still have not received an order processing number or a tracking number. I would save your money and time!
Blackest candles
I purchased 4 candles, and they do smell great. They are packaged well and the containers themselves are great. I had to go to the website to see what I wanted to purchase before ordering in the app (I had incentive with a coupon in the app only, but the website has ratings and suggestions that the app does not). The app also notifies me way too often. I don’t buy expensive candles multiple times a week. But here’s why I’m deleting the app and will never purchase a candle again: even after trimming the wick super short, I have black soot everywhere. Even in a room away, my toilet was completely covered in black. My tile, my tub, the mirrors. I’ve never had a candle produce soot like this. I’ve only burned a quarter of the way down, and I’m looking to dump my other candles. I just can’t believe it’s safe to breathe when it creates soot like this. And creates such a mess for me to clean!

I love watching you on social media daily. I always wanted to order your candles. But as a single mom I never buy myself anything. So your New Years Eve story is what sold me. I order the double set for me and my bestie. I love the smell. But I was not impress by all the wax all around the glass. The candle also was not stuck to the bottom.
It looked kinda sloppy, to be honest. I have not lighted yet. I light new candles on the first day of the New Year. I make a wish for the new year, I hope it will bring me what I need in life. I will keep you still in mind to order again in the future.

Candle exploded
I gave my daughter a candle for Christmas and after the candle was blown out it spontaneously combusted leaving glass everywhere.
THE BEST Candles/scents
The Holiday Dreams candle was just as expected… Christmas perfection. Repeat customer and the only candles I will buy! The smell is amazing and lasts.
Disappointed
So this is only my second time purchasing from LIL and I have to say I’m super disappointed with some of my items. One of the candles I ordered looks like it melted and then solidified and since it’s a gift…I’m embarrassed to give it away. One of the candle boxes has a torn lid and another box has a slit across the top. All are gifts and all look shabby. I’m so sad :(

Best Holiday Scent Ever
I purchased the Holiday Dream gold box and it was amazing. I have been obsessed with the Nest candles for years and this is so much better at a more reasonable price.
Tried to Love
I ordered three time with different scents all at different times of the year. I REALLY tried to Love but I cannot. First of all the smell or fragrance of the candles is OK nothing special, they do not fill a room like candles from Bath and Bodyworks, or even cheaper, priced candles, and last I do not think there is a value to be had with these candles.

I have to say that everything I have bought from you has been a dream! I always get complements about how great my house smells. Even my teens bedrooms! (I have man cave diffusers inside their rooms.. lol) I’m currently using the Fall Fever candles and home spray in my leaving room and kitchen… and boy…. I can’t get enough! ❤️ Another thing… I received with the package the Soulmate lotion… I have to admit that I am beyond impressed with the scent and hydration of the product! Surprised
I was excited to try these candles, because of the great reviews. Much to my surprise the scent seems to be very weak. I bought a mini candle and I can barely smell it when it is burning. I also bought a six pack of air fresheners, put one in my closet, and there is no scent. The smell itself is wonderful up close to my nose, but it does not diffuse throughout the room.

Best Scents Ever
I have bought several different scents LiL created and haven’t found one that isn’t amazing! My favorite is Man Cave or one of the Malibu scents. BUT they are all so good!!
