What's New in Life Lists

3.1.93

November 1, 2026

New in this version: • Your day, at a glance: a YOUR DAY row now sits above the tiles on your lists screen, and See all opens the whole dashboard in one tap. On a day with nothing due, the row says so. • Your daily reminder is now a briefing: one line each morning with what's up next, anything overdue and the things that look important — read from your own lists, so a day with nothing on it sends nothing. If your reminder was on, it has already become the briefing; turn it on or off in Settings › Notifications. • Daily tips keep coming — they used to go quiet after the twentieth. • Plus many fixes and improvements.

Lots of options!

I’ve tried nearly all of the to do/productivity apps, and I love this app! They already have so many pre-made lists, but even if they don’t have a specific list u want, u can make your own list! User friendly too.

Absolutely Awful! All my data is gone!

They updated the app and all my data within the app was lost! They completely changed the app with the most recent update and it is now nothing like how it used to be! The former version was an amazing list app that I loved using and used frequently I had a lot of useful information and reference material carefully organized into lists and it’s all gone!

GREAT BUT FLAWED

I loved that this was a simple straightforward app with easy lists and generic customizations, but now there feels like weekly new updates that are making it difficult.
1) The calculator list now doesn’t display the sum total equation without me scrolling and triggering the search bar. It also doesn’t update the new sum totals instantly anymore when I change any of my individual totals on the lists. I have to exit the list and return to it. 2) The new AI search function impedes me easily seeing my longest lists. Can we turn that AI portion off?

Perfect

An app that is free and I thought it was pretty good before they did the but now that they’ve done it’s so great! There’s a few things that I would still like to see but I also haven’t 100% explored everything yet on the app so it might just be something I missed and the weather part is not accurate but personally I don’t care it’s got everything else it’s got and it’s free!

Hook up to phone iPad and watches idk it does other devices besides Apple. There’s a calendar folder that you can use. There is a workout folder that AI has made that is pretty handy and it gives you recommendations of what you. Might want to put in it. There’s a Habit folder. There’s a schoolwork folder, which is extremely useful. You can just make normal list. You can do recipes all sorts of stuff. I highly recommend checking out this!

You made changes that don't make sense

What was a straightforward app, now requires hoops to make a simple list. If I edit a task, and then change my mind, I cannot see a way back to the main list. It seems I'm forced to make choices that are not applicable to what I'm trying to do. Why do programmers continue to fix apps that are not broken? Perhaps to justify their employment?
