Getting an error and unable to login
I’m a returning member to lifetime and when I downloaded the app again, it says ‘this number is already registered’ and doesn’t let log in or do anything. Super disappointed
Nice perk but half worked app needs improvement
Living in Minneapolis, I was so happy to hear that Lifetime offered this shuttle service. Parking in downtown is nearly impossible at peak times. I’ve used the app around 10 times now. The drivers are super friendly and kind. The only drawback is the app. The user experience has a lot left to be desired. The pick up times are more of a general suggestion and the live tracking is slow and delayed. I noticed that the drivers rely on other gps apps because the one in this one has them drive around in circles without a clear and direct route.
