About

LifeCheck Mobility is a personal safety check-in app for anyone who sets out on the road, lives alone, or wants someone to know they are safe: motorcyclists, couriers, taxi and truck drivers, campers and caravanners, night travellers, people living alone. Set a time before you go. When you arrive or stop for a break, tap "I'm safe". If you don't, the time keeps running on our server and, when it ends, your emergency contacts are alerted in the LifeCheck app with your last known location, even if your phone has switched off. The alert lands on their lock screen; they can open the map, call you and tell you they are on it. Your contacts only need to install the app: they connect with one tap through an invite link. We never ask for their phone number, just a name. KEY FEATURES • Session modes — Motorcycle Ride, Courier Delivery, Truck Route, Taxi Shift, Caravan and Camping, Night Travel, Living Alone, Elderly Care, Personal Safety and more; from 15 minutes to 72 hours • Alert when time runs out — if you miss a check-in your contacts are alerted, even if your phone switches off • SOS — hold for 3 seconds to alert your contacts with your location; undo within 60 seconds if it was a mistake • Live location (after an alert) — once an alert is sent, your contacts see your position on a map: first 5 minutes on free, until you say "I'm safe" on paid plans. Nothing is shared live in a normal session • Crash and fall detection (optional, in testing) — turn it on in Settings; after a hard impact or fall it asks "Are you OK?" and if you do not answer in 60 seconds your contacts are told. It cannot promise to catch every accident • Widgets — home and lock screen widgets show your time left, with "I'm safe" and "+30 min" in one tap; plus a two-tap SOS widget, a Live Activity and Siri shortcuts • Instant contact alerts — push, in-app inbox, reminders until someone answers • Help-is-coming screen — when a contact sees your alert it appears on your screen at once; they can call 112 in one tap • Reminders and battery — notifications 30, 10 and 5 minutes before time runs out; your contacts see your battery level SUBSCRIPTION PLANS FREE • 1 session per day • 1 emergency contact • Live location for the first 5 minutes after an alert • Ads PREMIUM — €2.99/month • Unlimited sessions • 3 emergency contacts • Private notes per contact • Live location until you say "I'm safe" • No ads FAMILY — €6.99/month • 5 user accounts • 5 emergency contacts per user • Family group notifications • All Premium features ELITE — €9.99/month • 5 emergency contacts, unlimited sessions • Private Vault: leave a will, crypto recovery words, passwords or a video link; choose who gets each entry and lock it with your own passphrase (not even we can read it). Delivered only if you stop checking in, only to the people you chose • Your own sentence in your alerts • Last 90 days of location history, PDF/CSV • No ads Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation; you can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. IMPORTANT NOTICE LifeCheck Mobility is NOT an emergency call system. It does not call 112, 911 or any official emergency service on your behalf. Delivery of notifications depends on your device, the network, permissions and your contacts having installed the app, and is not guaranteed. Crash and fall detection does not promise to catch every event. The Private Vault is not a will or a legal document. In any emergency, always call the official emergency services directly. PRIVACY Your location is shared only with your emergency contacts in alerts, is deleted after 90 days at the latest and is never used for advertising. Ads appear only on the free plan. What's New in LifeCheck Mobility

1.3.1

October 30, 2026

New: LifeCheck now speaks German, French, Spanish, Italian and Polish. The app, widgets, Siri phrases and alerts follow your language. New: live location after an alert. Your emergency contacts see you on a map (first 5 minutes on the free plan, until you say "I'm safe" on paid plans). New: optional crash and fall detection (turn it on in Settings, in testing). After a hard impact it asks "Are you OK?"; if you do not answer within 60 seconds your contacts are told. New: a two-tap SOS widget (undo within 60 seconds) and a big, water-filled "I'm safe" button in the home screen widget. The Private Vault was rebuilt: leave a will, crypto recovery words, an account or a video link; pick who gets each entry and lock it with your own passphrase if you like. PDF export was removed. Adding an emergency contact no longer asks for a phone number, a name is enough. Güvi now shows you around the app the first time you open it (you can replay it from Settings). Server infrastructure was upgraded. The widget is now centred on the CarPlay dashboard.
