glitchy. works 20% of the time

i’ve been on this app for over a year or so now and its not once been dependable. it’s slow. it’s glitchy. it’s just horrible. consistently refreshing the app seems to get it to work. iPhone 16 pro. ios 26

Latest update issues

Can’t change to future days schedules and have to go back to main every time to change the stores in case to use drop down . Getting less practical by the day

Works perfectly fine, there’s some things I’d like to add but it does its job.

App Barely Works

If I could give a worse review, I honestly would. For me, and everyone else I work with, nothing ever works. You want to view your work group chat? That’s too bad. You need to refresh the page AND/OR app a minimum of twenty times before it actually shows up. You want to pickup a shift? Too bad, that shift only shows for SOME people. You want to view your schedule? Good luck. It’s gonna take a minute or more for it to load.

The list goes on and on, and I’m STILL finding more issues. If this app is your only digital option, just stick to pencil and paper.

Just bad

We were forced to leave Altametrics for lifelenz. Lifelenz is so bad. It is not user friendly. It has major limitations. I am frustrated by this on a daily basis. If you aren’t being forced to switch DON’T

The worst app I ever used

McDonalds employees were promised to see DAR rank view listings back in last December. Instead we got fairy tails and lies. It’s now March and the app is more glitchy than ever. Fire the person whoever is in charge of the software.

Logging in is a 50/50 chance half the time. And when i make a new password it doesn’t change anything.

Dark mode

This app is honestly pretty damn good, the ui is nice and clean. Just please for the love of god add dark mode so I’m not flashbanged every time I open. Then it’ll be pretty much perfect, apart from the ui on the tablet for clocking in. The buttons on that need to be far bigger and more responsive, especially the numpad, it’s too easy to not press a number right. Thank you so much :)

Simply the worst

I don't understand why the world has to follow this app-only approach, but even with some improvements this app was a Royal PITA to use. Notifications: oh, boy!
Weeks start with Sunday, no option to change it. As an employee I hate this useless piece of junk. I was the happiest person when I could finally remove this horrendous app from my phone after my last payment arrived.
Update: my phone's always been set to Mon-Sun.

Can’t even get into it

I recently got hired and tried to use this to see my schedule but I can’t even get in. I have no idea what my password is no create account button and when I go to reset the password on the account that I think my work created for me since I have no idea what it could be, it just doesn’t send the email to me for it to reset. I’ve checked the email countless times to make sure it’s right and it is, it just won’t send me the password reset email.

We're sorry you're experiencing login issues! Your workplace may use Single Sign-On (SSO). If so, password resets happen through your employer's portal, not in our app. Tap "Login via SSO" and use your work credentials. Your manager can confirm and help with access. If your company does not use SSO, we can help - please email support@lifelenz.com and we'll assist you directly - please include your full name, store and organization.

Plz add dark mode

I would give 5 stars if you add a dark mode theme to this app. The bright white shreds my eyes especially when it’s night time and I’m just trying to see my schedule.
