Story great cpr doesn’t work
No matter which way I move my phone it won’t register the cpr! No explanation on how to hold your phone etc. was trying to teach daughter cpr

I learned a lot after watching all the interactive films. Can’t say that I can now perform perfectly, but at least I won’t be panic if somebody collapse in front of me.
Writing too small
Tried to do this training on my phone but text to small to read. Shame as it looks good. I will try again on my laptop when I get home.

Cannot sign in.....
.. therefore unable to create profile and download scenarios? App keeps telling me to try later?
Not working
It won’t let me create an account. So I tried watching the films without an account and nothing will play, just says incomplete when I click on each film, nothing happens when I click download, so it’s not working for me at all.

Need more scenarios
Whilst the app is fantastic for learning CPR, 3/4 of the scenarios are solely just that. With exception of the choking scenario, it would be really good if more unique scenarios were included such as anaphylaxis and seizures. I think it has the capability of being a lot better.
It is also hard to do the compressions using the phone, I found it easier when there was the touch pads on the screen.

The font is too small to read and therefore renders the app redundant

I think this is a great app and everyone should have it. It’s very educational and people should get it. It’s important to know this in order to save a life. Just think if someone you knew needed their life saved!

There was no way I could register I tried once and again they sent the code late and then I couldn’t write my email on the box
Amazing potential but glitchy!
This app is amazing, really has you feeling like you need to act now and respond quick. Keeps you interested and wanting to do the next scenario. However, I am finding that I have to delete it and reinstall after every scenario. Have had to complete scenarios without login in because I can’t get a password/ code reset because it’s just not working.
Really disappointing but amazing concept. Make it work well and you’re onto something!!!

Only two films work
The two films are excellent but very frustrating that the others don’t.
Amazing and true to life situations
This App is excellent really gets you thinking quickly in life threatening scenarios. My only one thing would be to say the font is a bit small I delayed sometimes as struggled to read the questions during the process and I did have my glasses on too! But this App is still worthy of a 5..Well done!

Very good but needs update to run smoother
Very helpful and educative app. There is a q&a section for you to refer to as well before going into the films. I have found however that the films lag and I have either pause then play to get the questions to appear or open the menu tab and close it to progress the film along. Right now I can't open the third film with Daisy Ridley and the old man- that didn't sound dodgy at all- which is quite annoying, as I want to complete this film as well and see how CPR training is applied in this scenario. That, and Daisy Ridley.
