Worst - if I can’t create an account or even use “forgot password” to get in, it’s useless.

Does not work
I have a secure wifi connection , private, at home. Once I downloaded this app, anytime I try to sign up, a screen appears that tells me that I can not proceed because this app requires a secure connection. Tries for weeks to no avail. What kind of garbage is this Lifesize system ?
If I could leave zero stars
I can’t even sign up on my phone. It tells me I need a secure connection. But when my doc calls me and gives me a conference I’d we can sort of use it. She has to call me because there is no audio. I can’t believe doctors are using this app
Truly useless app
Microphone wouldn’t work for an out of state court hearing, resulting in me having to write my answers to the judge and reschedule. Total waste of time.
Does not work
The app does not work on iPhone 12 Pro Max. It just never loads.
Front Camera
I hate how the front camera is not mirrored. If it were, my rating would be higher.
Unusable on a Mac
The iPad app works fine, but it’s unusable on an M1 Mac. Despite recognizing my MacBook Pro’s camera and a Plantronics headset no one can ever hear or see me.
No audio permission on IOS
The app will not even show the option for audio permissions which makes the app impossible to use. Please fix!

I’ve been using Lifesize for several weeks. So far so good! I conduct dyslexia therapy virtually. So far only one student at a time. Hopefully I won’t have problems when I add students to groups.
Kicks me out
Kicks me out after 40 minutes. This began happening about 2 weeks ago. Also, god forbid someone calls you mid-video, you lose the speaker capability and get to ask people to repeat themselves the entirety of the call because now it’s only using the phone volume. Also, glitches when others join the video.

Can’t connect
Unfortunately, this app wouldn’t connect for my IPhone during my appointment. I click the link followed the instructions in my email. I downloaded the app and I couldn’t sign in as guest so I made a profile to see if that would work. I was wrong please fix, I had to use my husband’s android phone and I finally connected but 15mins late.

Limit on call size
Attempted to join a group call but the meeting was “full”. Even if this is a free version the host is using, this puts it immediately behind its competition. Uninstalled and shall not be using again

Système de visio à la traine par rapport à ses concurrents. Manque de beaucoup trop de fonctionnalités et surtout l’application mobile est loin de la version web.

It will not let me see and hear the other person. If I can hear them I can’t see them and vice versa. Really annoying.

I was told I had to download and use this app for an appointment. The low rating should have been an indicator.
