The app keeps crashing, unable to use it

I don’t know why Apple keeps them in the store, the app keeps crashing and there’s no way one can use it. Their contact email is invalid as I have received the failure status notification after sending them a support request. An ultimate scam.

Very basic education on health and life topics. I need to log completely out of the app and reopen it after every video. No referrals to more detailed resources. Google your topic and you will get more information
