Talks about security but makes basic missteps in the setup such as not providing the ability to mask your SSN as you’re putting it in. Also not sure why they’re using my de-identified information in research studies but according to the terms and conditions they do.

privacy issue, ZERO support

The app requires far too much sensitive information in order to create an account. Then, there is no app menu or functional email address or website to address any concerns. Link to app support results in a 404 Page Not Found error. There was zero response to a support email address. Red flags!!
