Order directly from Oasis water. This app & business doesn’t refund your money - empty bottles? no deposit back. There is no contact number. Only email contact but they never get back to you. Don’t use this app.

Waiting for 15 days the refund for the deposit of the water bottles, they don’t come to pick them, and they have stop to reply my emails. If it is not to make money they are not interested.

Downloaded the App and my 1st 2 orders went well, on the 3 order placed last week the amount was deducted and I got a receipt via email, but the order was not even created in the App. It got resolved by their support team.

Very bad application. They don’t have their own delivery, don’t have support channel if smrh goes wrong.. I placed 2 orders via Lifey, money paid, order has not been received for 1 week already! Email is the only way to contact team- no one answering
