Order directly from Oasis water. This app & business doesn’t refund your money - empty bottles? no deposit back. There is no contact number. Only email contact but they never get back to you. Don’t use this app.

Waiting for 15 days the refund for the deposit of the water bottles, they don’t come to pick them, and they have stop to reply my emails. If it is not to make money they are not interested.

Downloaded the App and my 1st 2 orders went well, on the 3 order placed last week the amount was deducted and I got a receipt via email, but the order was not even created in the App. It got resolved by their support team.

Very bad application. They don’t have their own delivery, don’t have support channel if smrh goes wrong.. I placed 2 orders via Lifey, money paid, order has not been received for 1 week already! Email is the only way to contact team- no one answering

Nobody deliver the water, nobody answer the emails, there’s no contact number, but they keep your card information to deduct weekly the money for a product that you never received.

Empty gallon bottle pickup is random, I now have like 10 empty bottles.

Don’t use
It was great until they refused to respond to my multiple email requests (via email) to return my deposit. Such a shame as I was sad to see it all turned out to be a scam. There is no phone number and you will not get your deposit back on the water bottles.

Works fine. Please update the app to respect the devices silent mode, the noise on order even when my phone is in silent.
No customer support
There is no customer support. I placed an order and never received it. It’s impossible to get anywhere, no phone number, no one reply’s the email, it’s a gone deal.
Worst service
I ordered water to be delivered to my house for the first time they canceled my order and NO ONE informed me. The reason is I habe to have empty bottles and no one told me how to order for the first time. There is NO number to call absolutely horrible service! Order from oasis directly. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Love it!
I don’t leave many reviews. I left all the other water delivery companies as they stuck in the 80s. Really easy to use and love the one time order as the weekly for me is a waste and a waste of carbon footprint.
