Tried using but needs a code that is supposed to be sent by email. Guess what?! Never get an email.

When I got the board, the manual said get this app to make sure you have the latest firmware. Connected it up and it said update available. Did the update but each time I subsequently connected, it kept saying update available. This went on and on. Submitted a ticket. The response was yeah, there is an issue with the app, just ignore the fact that it says there is an update. Seriously? After dropping $10K this is what you get? So apparently, there will always be an update and I have no way of knowing if it actually is or not. Not impressed.

Can’t login anymore
I never get an email code when trying to login no matter how many times attempted.
Nice idea but needs lots of work
The concept here is good, but implementation needs work. The app reliably connects to my board. However, when it does and I look at the data it is wrong - for instance we have 49 cycles on my battery and it says 14. To make matters work it won’t connect with my controller at all. Well it did once briefly but immediately said “disconnected” and refused to reconnect. It wouldn’t connect to the controller for our other set up either, though once again it connected to the board (and gave similarly wrong info). Heaven help us if we ever actually need to upgrade the software or anything.
