About

Most gym apps are too much Accounts. Subscriptions. Exercise libraries. Guided programs. Streak badges. Notifications. LIFT is none of that. It's a minimal strength training journal that lives entirely on your device. No account. No subscription. No cloud. Just open it, log your workout, and get out. WHAT YOU GET • A clean home dashboard showing your last session and weekly count. • An active workout screen for logging exercises, sets, weight, and reps. • A history feed of every completed session, newest first. • One-tap workout duplication — repeat any past session without re-entering a thing. That's it. Nothing you don't need. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap START WORKOUT. 2. Add exercises by name. 3. Log your sets. Tap the set number when it's done. 4. New sets copy your last weight and reps automatically. 5. Tap FINISH WORKOUT. Done. Your session is saved to history with total volume, set count, and a full exercise log. Come back tomorrow and duplicate it in one tap. DESIGNED FOR SERIOUS LIFTERS • Custom exercise names — no predefined library, no autocomplete getting in the way • Drag to reorder exercises mid-session • Smart keyboard navigation — weight field moves to reps, reps moves to next set • Haptic feedback on every set completion • Session numbering — your 47th workout is Session 047. Simple. • Total volume per session — weight x reps, summed across everything PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything lives in your device's local storage. No account required. No sign-in screen. No data leaves your phone. No ads. No analytics. No backend. Your training history is yours. WHO THIS IS FOR • Lifters who know what they're doing and just need to write it down. • People who've tried Strong, Hevy, or JEFIT and found them overkill. • Anyone who wants a gym journal, not a fitness platform. Open it. Log it. Get out.
