About

Liftgeist is a training log that keeps the receipts. Every set, every meal and every weigh-in lives in one ledger, so you can see what actually changed. TRAIN • Pick a program from the Cycle Library, build one with AI, or import the plan you already use • Log sets fast, with a rest timer on your lock screen and your Apple Watch • Swap a lift for a ranked alternative when the rack is taken • PRs, estimated 1RM and volume charted for every lift • Supersets, reordering and freestyle sessions EAT • Describe a meal or snap a photo and get the macros • Scan barcodes, powered by Open Food Facts • Targets that can adjust week to week while you cut BODY • Bodyweight trend with Apple Health sync • Steps and active energy from Apple Health, if you turn it on APPLE WATCH • Your current workout on your wrist: log sets, start the rest timer, see what is next LIFTGEIST PRO A one-time purchase, not a subscription. Try it free for 7 days. • Coach chat: ask anything about your training. It reads your logs. • Four style packs: Bauhaus, Art Deco, Pop Art and Constructivism AI features are powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. Liftgeist asks before it sends anything, and you can turn AI off in Settings. The coach is not medical advice. No account needed to start: guest mode keeps everything on your phone. What's New in Liftgeist

1.6

October 23, 2026

Made for iPhone Duo. Open it up and Liftgeist opens up with it: your whole session on one side, the lift you're on beside it. Fuel puts the day's calories and macros next to its meals, and You puts your stats next to your charts. The rest timer and workout bar tuck under the left side, so your sets keep the full height. Closed, the tab bar runs down the edge, right under your thumb. Also new in Strength + V-Taper: rate reps left on any set, skip a session, flag pain to swap or skip a lift, tick off warm-ups, see the plates for each side of the bar, and find today's targets on Home and your Apple Watch.
