About

Most people lose twenty minutes of every gym session to their phone. Not to rest, to scrolling. LiftLock is the log that fixes it. Pick your exercises, hit start, and every other app on your phone is blocked until you finish. No notifications, no feed, no ten-minute rest that was meant to be ninety seconds. Just the set in front of you. AND IT'S A PROPER LOG • 151 exercises, each with setup, execution and the mistakes people actually make • Every set stored, so you always know what you lifted last time • Per-set weights, for a ramp or a pyramid • Optional RPE, asked during the rest it earned, one tap • Personal records, estimated one-rep max, and progression charts per exercise • Save routines once, load them in a tap • Rest timer that alerts you with the screen off IT HAS AN OPINION LiftLock works out what to do next from what actually happened. Hit the top of your rep range on every set and the weight goes up. Fall short and it holds. Go backwards three sessions running and it suggests a lighter week. Every suggestion shows the reasoning, so you can check it rather than trust it. It also estimates how recovered you are, from your training load, your rest and, if you connect Apple Health, your sleep and heart rate. The score is a sum you can read factor by factor, not a number from nowhere. ASK IT THINGS The coach answers questions about your own training. Why has my bench stopped moving. Am I training my back enough. What should I do today. Answers come from the sessions you logged, and where there isn't enough history it says so rather than guessing. Tell it what you want and it builds the session: a 45 minute chest day, something for legs that avoids your knees, 30 minutes with only dumbbells. It picks from LiftLock's own exercises, and the weights come from your history. Point the camera at a machine and it names it and shows you how to use it. APPLE WATCH Your session on your wrist: current set, reps, rest countdown, live heart rate and the weight to use today. Lock the watch screen while you lift so a bar or a sleeve can't log a set, then turn the crown to unlock. THREE RINGS, ONE THAT'S YOURS Move and Steps come from Apple Health. Focus is minutes trained with every other app blocked, the ring only this app can fill, and the reason it exists. YOUR NUMBERS, YOURS TO KEEP Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Measurements and lift goals, measured from where you started rather than from zero. Export every set you have logged as a CSV. HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITS iOS does not let any app trap you inside it, and LiftLock doesn't claim to. It shields everything else using Apple's own Screen Time system, and shows you how to turn on Guided Access if you want the door locked from the inside too. Your app names are never visible to us: Screen Time hands over opaque tokens, not a list. No figure in this app is invented. Every number the coach quotes was calculated from your logged sets. PRIVACY Your workouts, measurements and goals live on your device. No account required. Health data is read only if you switch it on, and never leaves the phone. The coach sends a summary of your training, plus your height and weight if you entered them, to answer a question. Photos you scan are never stored. FREE AND PRO Logging, routines, history, records, reports, measurements, goals and Health are free forever. Free also includes three blocked workouts a week and three coach questions a day. LiftLock Pro removes those caps and adds the Apple Watch app, machine scanning, full analytics and share cards. Train the machine. Ignore the phone. LiftLock Pro is an optional subscription. Monthly $4.99, Yearly $29.99, or Lifetime $69.99 as a one-off purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. What's New in LiftLock Gym Log & Focus

1.0.2

October 29, 2026

Fixes from your feedback. • The number keyboard can be put away again. Drag the page, tap anywhere off the field, or press Done above the keys. It had no Return key and no way out. • Onboarding no longer hides the question you are answering behind the Next button, and the empty gap above the keyboard is gone. • Deleting an account now says what it keeps as well as what it removes. Your workouts, routines and records were never uploaded and stay on your phone. It offers to sign you out when Apple or Google want a fresh sign-in, and it confirms when the account is actually gone. • Numbers roll instead of jumping, so the rest timer and your readiness score read as movement rather than a different number appearing. • Buttons answer a touch, and the workout screen has haptics: one tap when a set lands, one when the session ends.
